- CA to look into the functionality of being able to effectively compare data in Symedical.
- Julia will continue working on getting the CPT license
- Pedro will reach out to ePrompt to see if they can get on Friday's call(11/13)
Meeting Notes:
- Ray talked about the contraception value sets and how they were created and inspired by a separate larger value set. That larger value set is called "Most to Moderate Contraception". His problem was that when we were just starting back in the Summer, he was manually creating those contraception value sets based on what he knows clinically. Currently on VSAC, there's no value sets that have all contraceptive methods categorized - only that one. Now that he's created all those value sets that are categorized in contraceptive types - is there a way to check without doing any database queries to make sure he has all those concepts on that grouping OID for those specific value sets that he created manually.
- Bonnie asked if the spreadsheet that John sent over was the same thing that Ray was talking about. John said that what Ray has is much larger and more comprehensive.
- Carol mentioned that right now, we don't have the ability to do comparisons in that way. We have done side-to-side visualizations in the past with Adaptive Workflow with other clients. But for this instance, that probably won't be the best solution. CA will have to look further into seeing how we can get that functionality.
- John showed us the workbook Ray was talking about. What's in that workbook is what NACHC ultimately wants in Symedical.
- Jill mentioned that we won't be able to get the CPT stuff into Symedical right now because of licensing. Julia is working on that.
- Ray mentioned how they were talking about how nothing really gets done Friday afternoon and over the weekend, so the Monday meetings usually don't prove to be as useful. Ray and John both said we should move the meetings to once per week.
- Julia said that they will get together a running list on Confluence for talking points on the Friday meeting.
- Ray asked about user accounts for HealthEfficient. Cory told Ray that Jill had sent an email out with all of their login information. He will make sure to get that to them so they can login.
- Bonnie asked about the ePrompt spreadsheet she sent over this week and if we need to wait to get the OIDs.
- Julia said that they told her the OIDs were in that file when they were not - they were most likely thinking the code system codes were the OIDs.
- Carol mentioned how the names of the elements were confusing and she wasn't able to identify where they were coming from.
- Julia mentioned that it may be best to get ePrompt on a call with CA to help get the data cleaned up.
- Julia asked Pedro to see if ePrompt could get on the Friday call with us for about 30 minutes.
