Items to Note:

1. Million Hearts HDD: The analysis completed on the STATIN & BPAA workbooks – we consolidated the sheets and OIDs, and broke out the concepts grouped within. Items to note:
1. Field Name “CCB1” & accompanying OID removed from concept ACE Inhibitors – moved to concept of Calcium Channel Blockers due to matching OID.
2. Field Name “CHF1” removed from concept Atrial Fibrillation – OID matched others AFIB concepts
3. Field Name “Atrial1” removed from concept Peripheral Vascular Disease – OID matched other PVD concepts
2. NACHC Antihypertensives Review: Analysis of NACHC workbook compared to Clinical Architecture elements for the same concepts
3. Telehealth Taxonomy: CA Review: We had some discussion on next steps re this item. Looking back on my notes, I believe that the NACHC team was going to do some review and send over relevant data for the buckets. Bonnie attached a document to the email that offered some suggestions these needed further analysis for purpose.  

General Discussion:

1. Million Hearts HDD:
1. Antihypertensives review – Bonnie shared analysis (attached).
2. Concept validation needed – much easier to group things rather than split them apart
3. NACHC use of CA elements?  CA maintains concepts and content – potential time saver for Ray
2. HIV, Pregnancy  Sets:
1. Possible for CA to do a review on appropriate content in these sets?
3. Telehealth Taxonomy Follow Up:
1. NACHC was going to send relevant data to the rollups
4. Go Forward Discussion:
1. Contracting from an overall NACHC license rather than “by project” – no need to repeat contract cycle for each project, but want to bill by project potentially. Evaluate structuring license for general NACHC use.

Next Steps:

1. CA to send over a proposal to include licensing CA elements
