General Discussion:
- HealthEfficient (HE) spoke to the way they’ve been handling data in the past. Chris described a process of generating a list of meds, as they’re listed in the participating health center EMR, and grouping them by interest. Stephanie then goes in to query for specified group names and is able to generate the data they need.
- Stephanie walked us through BridgeIT reports/queries to show data – identifying gaps and hurdles.
- Clinical Architecture showed Waypoint (web based mapping tool) with HealthEfficient’s medications file to RxNorm.
- This prompted more discussion from the HE side to what data we need, what they should be sending over, etc.
Action Items:
- Former user (Deleted) NACHC to speak with Meg to see what they need from HealthEfficient
- CA & NACHC to come back together after conversation to see how we can make process as painless as possible for HE

- Schedule a time to review map manager with NACHC team
