General Discussion:

• AMA License Update - in process, trying to push through before holiday season

• Telehealth Taxonomy:
  • Health service location codes used by CDC - none were specific to telehealth medicine but they can be extended. Might be a reasonable way to build out on a standard 
  • Identifiers associated with locations - 
    • Two identifiers - health center location and specific state (Pedro) 
    • How to refer to non-in person visits
      • Per Pedro - on UDS after a data is completed, there are surveys. The last has questions about telemedicine and remote services and technology 
      • Next Steps: Pedro & Ray to see if there should be something added. Tech encounters might be a better final category  

• Data Model: 
  • PCOR data model vs OMOP - which is the best strategy for NACHC?
  • NACHC to discuss with the bridge team 

• Million Hearts Project
  • COVID, Contraceptive, Million Hearts HDDs built out/in progress 
  • Diagnoses elements for Million Hearts project to be complete by end of next week - 12/18 
  • No ICD9 content to be built out

• Pneumococcal Vaccinations
  • Per Bonnie - will require some time to parse out the data. CA will take a look at the elements that we've already created and do a comparison. 

Next Steps:

• Julia to try and get the AMA agreement done before the holidays.
• Bonnie to get with Lois to see if there's a way the Telehealth codes can be broken out.
• CA to follow up w/ NACHC on Telehealth items
• CA to move forward with building out diagnosis elements for Million Hearts and have those complete for next week's call
• Bonnie to look into CA antihypertensive elements and show NACHC what is there and what would need to be built
• CA to look into information in relation to the pneumococcal vaccine quality measures
