General Discussion:

• Review what CA has done since prior meeting (10/13)
• Combine elements that had multiple code sets
• Added COVID confirmed diagnosis
• Set up NACHC partner users in Waypoint
• Loaded content and mapped file John Gresh sent over
• Loaded content and mapped file that HealthEfficient sent over
• Request from Julia Skapik (Deactivated) : Create a timeline re functionality and features
• Back into timeline to hit milestones necessary (dates when content is built, when partners can review and when partners can map)
• Scope of content is only COVID19 project
• Partners should be able to go into web based applications to view COVID elements and reference terms associated with them by mid November.
• Documentation & QA Process:
• CA to deliver documentation on use case for underlying process and workflow – ie the process from start to finish
• CA to build out COVID elements, NACHC do a QA prior to bringing to partners.
• Discuss plan for Monday:
  • John Gresh : Lets not give them the impression that they don’t need to get codes from their partners
• Let HealthEfficient drive the call at the beginning – discuss how they’ve been accommodating things on their side and showing data.
• Show them Waypoint and capabilities
