HIV DASHBOARD POINTS - DRAFT (Maggie)

Summary:

• Alliance Chicago, El Rio, Fenway, Montefiore, and Ohio are the partners for HIV Project provided demographic, medication, diagnosis, encounter, diagnosis, lab, encounter tables retrieved from EHR.

Analytics:

• Statistics can be performed by finding some factors on HIV tests results who all have been taken based on their race, gender, test category, time period. 

Data Dictionary:

• • DEMO - patient id, sex, gender identity, provider type, health center
  • RX- prep, pep medications, rx start date
  • DX - dxcode
  • ENC - encounter id, encounter type, encounter date
  • LAB - test category, test date

Problems faced:

• Lab test categories were given individually and got to combine in a single column.
• Received LL data provided by Ohio flat files like all attributes from the demo, lab, rx, dx, enc tables in a single sheet.
• Can we segregate table files.
