Subject: 340B Data Aggregator Info
Good Evening Everyone-
As discussed at our first meeting I wanted to share some info about the 340B data aggregator that we have designed and built in collaboration with a health it/data company (called Doc&I).
The product itself is called Louvir and has been in beta-testing with Howard Brown since April. The Louvir team has developed significant partnerships as they prepare for the product launch in early November. The product will have a soft launch with a webinar co-hosted by Feldsman Tucker (a current collaborator on the project).
The true functionality of this system is that it analyzes data from ALL 340B sources – pharmacies, TPAs, EMR’s, wholesalers, etc – regardless of vendors you work with and it does not reveal any of your program or patient data to any ‘big player’ in 340B world. It is all kept in this neutral 3rd party. I have included some screenshots below (with $$ amounts removed) and a list of some of the things the portal analyzes. The possibilities for what a system like this can do are limitless when it is FQHC-led. Howard Brown is continuing to explore next steps with Doc&I.

Some items Louvir can monitor, analyze, and report on across all pharmacy partners:
Script count, net savings, capture rate, qualified script count, gross margin, gross savings and COGS, revenue per script, 340B qualification %, 340B cost per script, average fee per claim, prescriptoin analysis, updated provider list, provider analysis, and more.
