Details from Jason Watkins on Feb 13, 2023

San Diego is a little different than the other two cities, whereby we cannot put the posters inside the exhibit hall. It occurs in the nicer foyer space and is surrounded by our category I (non-profits) exhibit tabletops. A diagram is attached as a reference. We have space for 76 posters (as outlined by the blue numbers on the diagram).

I believe these are the 48”(w)x 36”(h) boards, though I’m copying Helene to correct me if I’m wrong.

Our budget is roughly $500 for the prizes given out – which I believe there are 3 winners. Helene or one of the organizers from last year may be able to elaborate on that, as I’m not 100% on the money part.

Promo at P&I/Call for Abstracts

    • Gun violence

    • LGBTQIA health

    • Reproductive health

    • Adolescent/pediatric mental health

    • Behavioral health and substance abuse

    • Health center advocacy

    • Health center workforce

    • Community engagement

    • JEDI (Justice, equity, diversity & inclusion)

  • Include language about signing up to be notified/alerted when CHI Poster application process is open

  • Promo message will hopefully include QR code that links to Qualtrix.
