Rules:
Submissions must be received by Midnight (EST), September 20, 2022. Submission must be no longer than a 3-minute video, 3 PowerPoint slides, or 500 words. Submission must include an explanation of the innovation (e.g., What is it?).
Submissions must include an explanation as to how your innovation addresses some or all Quintuple Aims.

improved population health
reduced cost of care
improved staff well-being
advanced health equity
Submissions must include an explanation of what compelled the innovation (e.g., What was the need?). Submissions should explain how the innovation works (e.g., Is it replicable?).
