Please set aside Wednesdays from 12:00- 1:30pm PT from mid-October 2022 to January 2023 for LIVE and ASYNC sessions.

·        Participating teams are expected to attend LIVE sessions, which take place on Wednesdays from 12:00- 1:30pm PT.

·        Teams will watch several short video lessons and connect with their coaches on ASYNC weeks.
