• Julie Hill, LPN, 10^th year at MedLink; 4^th year in clinical support nursing

  Laurie Dumais, RN, Quality improvement Manager, 5^th year at Medlink

  Were on previous CCI project:

  • With Diabetic population, met monthly for diabetic education and added on immunization education with that education for flu, pneumo, covid

  • Offer flu shots at those visit with standing orders

  • IIS, chart in athena, can look up what’s due in IIS

  • Community outreach events where they did covid vax and gave chick fil a incentives

  Ideas on what they want to focus on for this project/population:

  • Pneumo vaccines; looked at quality measures for that and found which site that had highest pop for 65+ and which provider had the lowest pneumo vax. Will interview the provider and dig deeper.

  • Lori said they don’t have questions on data yet, that they’re reports are usually standard and already created from previous NACHC projects.
