Good Morning Hep C Intervention Project Team,
Thanks for a great call and some wonderful conversation! Sorry for the late follow-up email, we had a major deadline for the CDC and it was an “all hands on deck” after the launch call.
Anyway, I wanted to reach out to get a date on the books for our Design Meeting. The focus of the meeting will be the dashboard construction, design, and data. The duration of the meeting will be 1.5 – 2 hours. I am including everyone on the launch call on this scheduling email, but if there are other folks from your respective teams that need to be involved, please factor them into the scheduling, as well.
Here are the dates that the NACHC team is available for the next 3 weeks:
3/19: 12-1:30pm
3/23: 2-3:30pm
3/26: 11-2
3/29: 11-3pm
If none of those blocks of times work for your team, please let me know and we can look further out.

- Contact information for the health centers involved in the project and their state. We will need this to start onboarding the health department and to have a meeting with each of them their local dashboard.
