Next steps: 

  1. Individual discussions between NACHC and the health department partners to get their thoughts on the cascade and dashboard to see if these materials might be used by the state DPH. 
  2. Give access to AC and HCN to dashboards and data reports. 
  3. Two 30-45 min meetings on how this is working.
