Dr. Alli assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC) in May 2015. She previously served as Chief Medical Officer from 2008. She has been a Pediatrician with HJAHC going on 20 years. Dr. Alli obtained her undergraduate and medical degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She completed her residency from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Pediatrics in 1998. She serves on the Board of the New Jersey Primary Care Association, New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute and Thomas Edison State University. Dr. Alli is devoted to the Trenton community and works with organizations like the Trenton Health Team. In her free time, Dr. Alli enjoys cycling and has taken part in the annual Anchor House Ride, riding over 500 miles in one week to raise funds and support for those children in the community that need it most.

At Howard Brown Anthony Armstrong oversees several areas including 340B/Pharmacy, Real Estate, Design, & Construction, Business Development & Project Management, and few other random things! Half of his career has been in public health with the other half being in private equity. Anthony did his Masters in Public Administration at DePaul University in Chicago and has a 9 year old son and a crazy dog named Zero.

Mary Blankson APRN is the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Community Health Center, Inc., overseeing diverse nursing services across the CHC network, including primary care, health care for the homeless, and school based health services. As CNO she ensures the quality and expansion of nursing services, the development of nursing policy, and continuing nurse education. Mary also works collaboratively to ensure Joint Commission and Patient Centered Medical Home compliance throughout CHC. Building upon her service in various missions organizations, Mary continued to develop her passion for meeting the needs of the underserved by earning her MSN at Yale University in 2005. Mary joined CHC as a family nurse practitioner shortly after graduation. While at CHC, Mary has served as the On-Site Medical Director of the New London County Sites, the Vice President of the Medical Staff, the Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and has served as a preceptor for CHC’s Nurse Practitioner Residency Program. She has earned a DNP at Johns Hopkins University. Mary is certified and holds professional membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Anthony Fortenberry has been a registered nurse for over fifteen years and is currently the Chief Nursing Officer for Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, which provides healthcare services targeted toward New York’s LGBTQ+ community. In his role as CNO, Anthony oversees nursing, care coordination, and quality programming. His efforts extend to health advocacy and DEI initiatives, with a focus on delivering health equity and social justice. He is the Co-Chair of the National LGBTQ+ Primary Care Alliance, and Chair of the LGBTQ+ Task Force for the National Association of Community Health Centers.

Dr. Jennifer Kreidler-Moss has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) since the summer of 2015 after serving as the COO for two years and the Pharmacy Director from 2003.  As PCHS’ first Clinical Pharmacist, Jennifer oversaw huge growth in the pharmacy program and was named the 2012 Innovative Pharmacist of the Year by the Washington State Pharmacy Association.  Jennifer is board certified in Ambulatory Care, Pharmacy, and Psychiatric Pharmacy. Outside of work, Jennifer has three teens/tweens and plans to take up a hobby any day now.

Marisa Rowen, PharmD, CDE has been with El Rio Community Health Center for 18.5 years. Ten of those years were on the Pascua Yaqui reservation, working in an El Rio satellite clinic, providing intensive pharmacist based diabetes management in a collaborative practice model with prescriptive authority. Most recently, Marisa has served in the capacity of Associate Pharmacy Director of Advanced Practice Services. She received her PharmD from the University of New Mexico in 1999 where there was a strong emphasis on rural health initiatives and integration of the pharmacist into the health care team. She completed her residency training at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson, AZ which provided an experience that strengthened her desire and ability to provide direct patient care in an advanced practice model. Prior to coming to El Rio, Marisa worked as a clinical staff pharmacist at Banner University Medical Center with the cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery teams. She also serves as a volunteer clinical faculty member for the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy and A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Nicole Thibeau, PharmD, AAHIVP is the Director of Pharmacy at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center and the world’s largest LGBT organization.  She graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, where she developed a passion for working with people living with HIV.  Through her work at the Center Nicole is engaged in legislative policy work, including California Senate Bill 159, which allows pharmacists to prescribe Pre and Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP and PEP) for HIV.  She is a member of the California Board of Pharmacy, the Medi-Cal RX Transition work group, on the Apexus HIV Council, and has been a speaker at several 340b Conferences.  Nicole routinely advocates for the 340b program as a member of the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC) Pharmacy Workgroup and the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) 340b Peer Network.

In 2007, Dr. Vicki Young started her service with the Association as the department head for Clinical Quality Improvement.  Dr. Young received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wofford College, Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina (USC) and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmacy Administration from USC. She has extensive experience in public health and health care research in multiple settings including community, non-profit and academia. Dr. Young has more than 15 years of knowledge and practice in the areas of health care access, health disparities, and quality improvement programs.
