We are only submitting data for the health center that is participating in the pilot project.

Yes, the health center that is collecting data for the IEW project (La Casa) is also part of the NACHC COVID-19 data project.

Will send data when possible after HCN meeting

OCHIN

Yes, our CHC partner is included in the COVID multi-state project, that data capture is the PNW (OR, ID, and WA) and they are in OR.

Will upload - needed answers from Ray. Ray answered emailed questions.
