Partner Preparation for Meeting

  1. Review Implementation Guide and bring questions to the meeting

  2. Review your health center workflows that capture any information on patient occupation or industry.

  3. Review if you have any standard terminologies in the EHR backend that is mapped to occupation or industry codes (COC / SOC / NAICS, Others, etc.)

  4. Review which ODH data elements can be captured within reasonable effort and health center staffing / capacity / capability situation.
