What are the APIs that we are looking to access?

There are fees to use the platform. Who will pay?

JS - we are using tax-payer $ to help FQHCs comply with the federal guidelines…but vendors are in the marketplace model… $$$ What do we do with these public good projects that are in the gap between free clinic .. and paid marketplace model?

CDS Connect is a free repository by feds…

our other partners have worked the algorithm into their ehr, but the problem is scalability… can' just drop it in…

Alliance built it into athenapractice but only for one site…

Regina - Could it be implemented within their agreement to get this first one up and running… their customer success manager requests for it to be built as a proof of concept. NACHC would go FQHC by FQHC to implement and then could work on a more formal partnership to scale it up.

(there are 1400 FQHCs in the US)

BJ Bloom - CDS engine in which you plug in rules… they have hooks to surface your own software that you already built…

  • long term vision is to have anyone be able to author rules and offer them to other customers. The customer is the party that makes them available to other customers.

Integration solution design team works with the customer and we’d meet with them when we meet with the customer, so we’d have a member of that team to work with.
