Dear esteemed partners,
An integral part of our informatics initiative at NACHC is to have a sense of each partner’s health IT / technology capacity. Having some information and understanding on the strengths and limitations of each partner with regards to their health IT capabilities (data extraction, terminology, etc.) will enable us to personalize and tailor our informatics support for our current and future projects with you.
With those objectives in mind, each partner is requested to complete the NACHC Health IT / Technology Capacity Survey. as best as you can within a reasonable amount of time.
