Highlights:

Received doses 2 days early.  Able to vaccinate within 4 hours!

Started with healthcare workers, now also police, fire and EMS

Created their own screening form

Created slides for employee vaccine info

Set up balloons and poster for photo-ops

Using pharmacy system, so doses given go directly into the IIS.

For patients, will use EMR system.
