Expanded CMLight Offering: We are prepared to offer a more expanded version of CMLight that incorporates not just direct COVID-19 vaccine use cases but also incorporates additional applications of CMLight that we are making available over the near to medium future, including helping health centers fill care gaps that are overdue on a broad scale as a consequence of the pandemic. This would hopefully make the offering a lot more valuable to organizations that are interested in deploying this capability to address both near-term vaccination and care gaps/quality related goals.

Use Cases: We anticipate promoting the following applications/use cases for the expanded CMLight offering:

• Collecting Data on Vaccinations: Using CMLight, health centers can collect data on whether patients have been vaccinated and if so, when and where they received the vaccine
• Collecting Data on Vaccine Hesitancy: Using CMLight, health centers can collect data on the specific concerns that patients have around getting vaccinated, both at a population level and down to the individual patient level
• Vaccine Cost: Using CMLight, health centers can educate patients on the fact that the vaccine is free, and that there will not be any liens or debts accrued from the vaccination process
• Immigration Status: Using CMLight, health centers can educate patients on the fact that a US Citizenship is not required to get vaccinated, and that immigration data is not collected during the vaccination process
• Safety and Efficacy: Using CMLight, health centers can educate patients in a culturally appropriate way on the safety and efficacy of the vaccine
• Transportation Coordination: Using CMLight, health centers can collect data on transportation challenges and offer resources
• Addressing Additional Immunization Care Gaps: Using CMLight, health centers can address additional immunization-related care gaps (including childhood immunizations, pneumonia vaccine for seniors etc.)
• Addressing Chronic Disease Related Care Gaps: Using CMLight, health centers can address care gaps tied to type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cancer screenings etc., including collecting important data tied to patient adherence to care gap related steps (such as returning a FIT kit for colorectal cancer screenings)

Target Population: We are open to working with all of the populations that were discussed on our calls so far, including and especially adolescent populations, younger Latino populations as well as pregnant women who are at greater risk. We would like to better understand NACHC's perspective on how you all plan to help the centers tailor our standard interventions (outlined above) to help meet the local, population-specific needs and/or create brand-new interventions that can be powered via CMLight.
