Marketing and Communications - Trackers

  1. Trackers

    1. Publications

    2. Deliverables (Andrea does this once a project is funded and we have a workplan)

    3. Speaking Engagement Tracker - send your info to Kathleen Pulupa, Ellen Robinson, and Alex Walker

    4. All marketing outreach requests should be submitted through the NACHC Marketing Form: NACHC Email Outreach/Promotion Process (smartsheet.com)

    5. All webinars, series, and events must have a web page.  Please submit website requests (updates to pages, new page creation, other issues…), through webrequest@nachc.org and Bach will work to complete these requests.

    6. Events Planning calendar.

A few months ago, we created a spreadsheet to track NACHC staff speaking engagements (not webinars or meetings but speeches to external audiences). This tracker can always be found under “Marketing & Branding” on Sharepoint.

But because the original link has changed and I’ve become aware that some of you bookmarked it, I’m sharing that here as well:

Instructions for Databasics

As we work to become more efficient in our procurement processes and procedures, we have created an “Event Participant Travel Policy” and form.  This is to be used in the event you have an individual who will be participating in a training or meeting where as NACHC will be covering all or part of their travel only.  If they are also being paid to present or participate, you will need to do and LOA.

The policy and two forms have been uploaded to SharePoint and are available for use.  They are labeled as:

  • Event Participant Travel Policy (for internal use)

  • Event Participant Only Reimbursement Letter

  • Event Participant Travel Expense Form

Staff should please send any requests that come to you to Alex and Relja to add to the tracker.

  1. Requests for NACHC speakers will also come in via the new Speaker Request Form on the website or through direct email.

  2. Comms staff will add ALL requests to the Speaking & Engagement Events Listing on Sharepoint.

  3. From there, requests will be processed according to this workflow [See workflow].
