  • NTTAP outline updates for April

  • Erica’s updates/edits Implementation guide (any appendix needs) - implementation reel?

  • AAP next 2 sessions (Jessica’s presentation/planning)

  • Planning for in person convergence w/ money info

  • next legacy team (March 20th- April 3rd)

  • strategic management of yr 6 focus

  • Jessica is out on first NTTAP meeting April 3rd

  • If Liz says yes need to shift invites/holds/calendar info - let Jessica know asap so she can inform speakers

  • Honorarium for legacy teams for speaking on NTTAP - ask Katija and Pam about how they pay speakpers/budgets

  • Edit slides for NTTAP (March 8th Deadline, 2nd round March 11th)

  • Go to El Rio - 3 days - film program, time with legacy team - email shelley - can you host, need videographer - take shots of family - willing to host and plan activity with cohorts/reunion/maintence class to spotlight what el rio has done - what works for you? end of may or later - get date options and send to all legacy team to see which works best - day 1 working on materials, half day filming families and programs

  • Visually celebrate the last 6 years of commitment by these health centers to adopt and transform family healthily weight programs in their health center - contributed to a nation wide implementation strategy for any and all health centers

  • Why should we use NACHCs money - good publicity for CDC (they could present something) - CDC sponsored event/ceremony to show what the work yielded - helps publicize implementation guide - see things in action vs still snapshot - NACHC strategic pillars - hits all of them
