Clinical Care Quality (CCQ) Staffing

Current and Future State: Advance NACHC/CAD to meet the needs of health centers moving forward through diversified funding and investment in CAD staff to develop as the future of NACHC through progressive responsibility, building trusted work relationships.

Aim:  To position health centers, primary care associations and health center controlled networks as the premiere primary health care system for the safety net in a value-based reimbursement environment.  Advance NACHC’s 6 Strategic Pillars and CAD priorities. 

Priorities: Invest in our Assets

1. Invest in the quality infrastructure through optimization of workflows, health information technology and data aggregation.

2. Integrate services to improve health outcomes including behavioral, oral, and public health.

3. Invest in the workforce of the future with a focus on aligning health professional training with the new emerging delivery system and the expanded care team.

4. Build the informatics infrastructure within NACHC to establish uniform measures (Clinical, Administrative and Cost) and practice guidelines to document in real time health center performance, improvement, and impact.
