• Use videos more strategically - come to the table implementation or to advertise implementation guide - need to have formal content/resources developed and then push content for advertisement - need to know how to help before pushing videos out

• Problem, leadership buy in, set up similar structure

• structured office hours - closed group - free (can’t contract) - set them up for success

• Pre- implementation support focus

• Synthesis and building year - guides/curriculums - no cost/low cost convenings

• Commit support - curriculum build out + at the table series for pre-implementation

• except MS shouldn't be paying for implementation team - pay for key people to be local SMEs to build out local resources - travel for road show - paying time to help org and spread message

• Stipend of 10k to use for these programs, percent of funds/time to SMEs to do management of local and national dissemination/implementation
