• need foundational slide (after objectives and again between MS + Nita’s slides) to anchor the overall messaging and tie everything together

• Implementation, intervention, and intensive

• leverage health centers - collecting the right data to act on (another level of action) - provide future opportunities

• Nita - speak on the macro and mirco - moving work forward at the system level (to tie in Kyskie’s ground work perspective)

• Add final slides on how NACHC is here for you - ways to engage - implementation guide - clinical practice guidelines etc.

• discuss data piece - what current landscape is and what current state is developing -

• Nita’s role within a network

• awareness regarding national data vs in network - huge disparity

• national data vs network data - where could we do some actionable improvement

• how can we mobilize health center partners to further develop quality improvement - where do we want to go in this area?

• Who came up with these measures? happy to share - what is the feasibility/implementation? No money - share experiences - how to develop QI measures/understanding population

• Value in understanding prevalence - visibility for community partnership/support

• Actionable, applicable to both PCA and HCCN, invite others to join/implement

• When things relate to clinical practice guidelines - bridge evidence and practice - lets do it if evidence backs it
