Premier background: FQHC in Dade City, Florida serve underserved, homeless, really all populations

Previously on NACHC PIIC & SAVE programs (Manny was on them, but Rachel was not)

SIPS Interest: considering Pneumo with newest vaccine; will focus on 1 site for this project, will explore vaccine hesitancy

Data questions: Jonathan explained NACHC DUAs will be sent, but no data is yet required for upload. Weekly data is requested/required (simple spreadsheet of denom/eligible pts to receive vax of choice). Small data template is on Confluence.

Converting from Intergy to Epic (part of Health Choice Network; Rocio to email Karen Iversen for their awareness). This org has their own data manager who will pull the data for them (should not need HCN’s help to pull data)

Rachel said some of the SIPS meetings will conflict with her Epic meetings but Yvonne will fill in as needed.

Sarah shared that NACHC is starting a nursing learning group through LinkedIn Learning; they have a health-center specific link for nurses. Sarah will send links to Rachel; trying to build nursing group for those in community health centers. Sarah also shared that NACHC will be funded for Year 6 for the CHC to be aware of.
