Welcome to NACHC’s Mentoring for Adult Immunization Data (MAID) Program!

An opportunity for health centers to close adult immunization gaps through:

  • exploration of data driven quality improvement tools (assessment, feedback, and coaching)

  • Harmonization of adult immunization service delivery with clinical and data workflows

  • onboarding for potential participation in future learning communities
