• Alaska has sent in budget, hasn’t reviewed SOW yet

• Data Dictionary still on the way from NACHC, but Confluence is up and ready for data upload

• Alaska has held off recruiting HCs, waiting on the budget and what they can offer

  • Sunshine & North Sound were on the project last year

  • Goal of 6 to 8 this year

• Vaccines this year: flu & COVID, will pick another vaccine in January to focus on intervention

  • Different data structure for chosen vaccine will be communicated later

  • Can choose whichever vaccines for later phase

• Will set up a new monthly meeting time

• Would like to explore diving deeper into health centers that are participating, knowing more who they are

  • CDC deliverable to get a profile for each of the HCs participating

  • Welcome health centers to learning community calls, invite them to report out but up to Alaska

• Alaska interested in vaccine hesitancy, used to have person who would go to HCs to talk to them about it

• Hashing values question from Steven?

  • When Alaska was uploading data, they were asking about security
