OCHIN is creating a Postpartum Episode to track a number of elements over one year.

Might want to consider the type of PPV - is it a nurse visit only for BP check.

• Do slides on % of patients that had a PPV, including breakdown of high-risk or other characteristics to see if the rates are different.

• Need to ask for a BP readings (or average BP???) in the Year 6 data request - Julia, Jayson
• Scope of work says same stuff so they will be optional
• NACHC to be clear about how it wants the data
