Vision, Mission, Objectives of This 3-month virtual learning community sprint will be centered on the National Vaccine Advisory Committee (NVAC) Standards for Adult Immunization Practice. This fast-paced and interactive learning and action program will help health centers implement tools and strategies to increase adult vaccination rates within their communities with a goal of long- term sustained change. Each partner will assess how each standard is applied to workflows for administration of COVID and Pneumococcal vaccinations and conduct mini-interventions over 2 – 3-week periods that are measured by manual chart audits. As part of this program, partners will: Attend bi-weekly learning community calls featuring content and coaching from subject matter experts (6 total). Complete provided activities and templates to review each Standard of for Adult Immunization Practice. Conduct interventions to address identified gaps in Standards of for Adult Immunization Practice implementation.
Submit baseline, intervention, and final data reports to monitor intervention outcomes. Receive up to $50,000 for completion of deliverables.
