The project aims to create a long-term, reusable informatics infrastructure and strategy for the emerging threat of SARS-CoV-2 and other communicable conditions or environmental exposures

  1. Build a set of common data elements for COVID-19 and emergency response

  2. Create a technical infrastructure to support the COVID-19 response, data sharing and HIT tools

  3. Create a CHC registry, hosting population level and de-identified patient-level data to support public health and patient outcomes.

  4. Implement public health and evidence-based clinical HIT tools that augment the COVID-19 pandemic response    (C19)
