What are the sources of data to develop into publication

  • The project has been going on for over three years, staff has changed both at CDC and NACHC.

  • At the time Liesl left, there was and understanding of what to measure. The work they did then was with AllianceChicago. They are in many states.

  • They created a cascade with the metrics that were grandfathered from the previous work with adjustments to make it more relevant for their workflow.

  • We were going to have a cascade at HCCN level and the same cascade would be used by a health center. It would improve their workflow.

  • We spoke with 3 state DPH, if we implemented this as a common cascade, would this help state DPH?

  • They worked with two health centers to improve their implementation.

  • AllianceChicago would be the party to tell us more about what they actually did with their two sites.

  • During this project, we did not collect data, just formed the methodology and looked at implementation.

  • OCHIN

  • We were going to survey what was going on, and ask everyone what they thought.

  • Liesl invited Martha to join to ______

  • NACHC thought - let’s work with a new partner to test implementation, but since they are both implementing

  • OCHIN built the cascade and collected numbers related to the lab-based cascade.

  • HCCNs are a data center hub for the data from the health centers.
