1. PDSA 1:  Confirm your Population of Focus (POF).

2. PDSA 2:  Populate the Business Case Template. (attached but please upload to Confluence using your file upload page, please reach out if you need help)

3. Identify your partners to include in the Sprint and bring them to the table.

4. Begin developing a Community Profile (example attached)

5. Start or revisit your workflow to make sure you have captured the entire process (PDSA 4).
