NH has developed several community partnerships throughout the duration of the pandemic. The intent of these collaborations is to leverage the relationships that community partners have with the populations that they serve in order to to advance the acceptability of vaccination in NH’s larger service area through partner-based promotion and to serve as an entry point for NH to provide COVID testing and vaccine services in non-traditional local settings. NH’s partner, United Community, has supported the organization’s COVID response efforts through the dissemination of information, targeted outreach, and the provision of vaccine clinic venues in community-based locations.

24. What additional context would you like to share about any of the answers provided in this report?
Leave the spaces below blank if you have no additional context to share.

24b. What would you like to share about vaccination opportunities and provider partnerships?
It is important to think outside of the box with vaccination partnerships. NH has had significant success partnering with non-health care affiliated institutions. A lack of familiarity with the health care system and inability to engage with the system due to language, technological or structural barriers can inhibit vaccine uptake. |
