  1. Continue to spearhead legacy teams, develop new measures and spread the concepts of pediatric weight management programs and interventions through learning curriculums and communities

 

ADULT IMMUNIZATION

Goals: Strengthening partner data foundation for self sufficiency beyond this year

  • Harvest multifaceted and action-ready tools and resources surrounding the standards of immunization practice

  • Highlight and share proven models of care team extenders

  • Exploring and co-developing new models of immunization innovations through community partnerships
