The Million Hearts Learning Lab is a

bi-monthly

learning series focused on cardiovascular disease prevention and management topics. The series is open to clinicians, quality improvement, and other interested staff across the country

, but with a focus on community health centers. Clinicians may earn 1.0 CME credit per session and up to 5.0 credits for attending the full series through the American Medical Association’s EdHub

How to Claim CME Credit.

  1. Visit the activity page.

  2. Sign in to the AMA Ed Hub at the upper right-hand corner by using your AMA login. If you do not already have an AMA account, you can create one for free by clicking on “Sign-in” then selecting “Create an Account”.

  3. From the activity page click the “Start” button located at the center of the main image.

  4. Enter your session activity code from the live session.

  5. Click “Submit”—you must continue to the next step to complete the quiz and claim credit.

  6. Click “Take Quiz” and answer the activity evaluation questions.

  7. Select the appropriate amount of CME to claim.

NOTE: You are only eligible to claim CME credit if you attended the live event.
