Introduction - Julia 

1. This is a tool that is used around the word, flexible, works with other systems; it is demonstrated as successful in many contexts.
2. Tool is only as good as how we use it - we are mostly using for knowledge management and sharing.
3. Cloud version is coming!  Benefits: more secure.

How we use Confluence to support our work - Ray (outline below is just suggested - please design the demo as you wish!)

1. The tool you did not know you needed. 
   1. Up front: we are using SharePoint for file storage, we can use Teamwork.com another tool for Project Management. We are in the process of creating a tool but it is not plug and play.
   2. This is a powerful collaboration tool that brings our partners in with us to co-create our work, make our collective work visible.
2. Replaces several other applications that cost money - Noddlepod, HealthCare Communities
3. Secure - you can set permissions for what people can see and what is only for your team.
4. In the chat or on screen - how many ppl have Wikipedia once? About once a month? Maybe once a week or more often?  Ray!

•  To organize ourselves (to do lists, meeting notes)
•  Knowledge Repositories (files live in the file store-rooms SharePoint or OneDrive or DropBox, display window is Confluence), even Learning Mangement and Discussion - /wiki/spaces/PWM/pages/1880162757
  •  Benefits - often hard to files in SharePoint/OneDrive/DropBox, SharePoint has a fixed structure, but you can use the same information in different places for different uses.
