Introduction - Julia 

  1. This is a tool that is used around the word, flexible, works with other systems; it is demonstrated as successful in many contexts.
  2. Tool is only as good as how we use it - we are mostly using for knowledge management and sharing.
  3. Cloud version is coming!  Benefits: more secure.

    1. Up front: we are using SharePoint for file storage, we can use Teamwork.com another tool for Project Management. We are in the process of creating a tool but it is not plug and play.
    2. This is a powerful collaboration tool that brings our partners in with us to co-create our work, make our collective work visible.
  4. Replaces several other applications that cost money - Noddlepod, HealthCare Communities
  5. Secure - you can set permissions for what people can see and what is only for your team.
  6. In the chat or on screen - how many ppl have Wikipedia once? About once a month? Maybe once a week or more often?  Ray!
