  • think through how to really support health centers and families (different than the rest of the people who come to the YMCA)

  • Social services/community support - understanding of demanding schedules when communicating

  • education/support to refer patients - need to get patients using it - depending on providers/staff to make the connection is a tall order

  • Need for someone with extensive background in social work - learning how to provide health education - navigator position - bridging the gap - build common relationship with them
