Budget and Budget Narrative (10 points)
Draw upon your experience and expertise to recommend whether to accept, decline, or consider an application. Indicate your recommendation at the end of your Application Review Form and provide a brief comment to support your choice. Be prepared to discuss your recommendation with your fellow reviewers Thursday, 11/30 at 11 am ET.
