📈 CAD Priorities |

1️⃣ Invest in the quality infrastructure through optimization of workflows, health information technology and data aggregation. 2️⃣ Integrate services to improve health outcomes including behavioral, oral, and public health. 3️⃣ Invest in the workforce of the future with a focus on aligning health professional training with the new emerging delivery system and the expanded care team. 4️⃣ Build the informatics infrastructure within NACHC to establish uniform measures (Clinical, Administrative and Cost) and practice guidelines to document in real time health center performance, improvement, and impact. Additionally, we will diversify funding and invest in CAD staff to train and improve skills/capabilities to achieve greater levels of responsibility and support for NACHC membership and the health center field. |
