Goals of the Effort:

Improve consistency and accuracy of data capture for key Covid-19 data elements through enhanced communication, coaching, and in-depth training for HealthEfficient’s participating health centers. This effort will focus primarily on proper Covid-19 related coding for testing, diagnosis, and vaccination.
